“Having tried the LF Pop tarts previously I was super excited to try their rolls and the cinnamon flavour was a hit! Admittedly, the texture is a bit strange cold but 20-30 seconds in the microwave is a total game changer and makes it taste pretty much as good as a freshly baked bun - just with half the calories and 20g of protein”
