“Finding protein bars that are genuinely low in sugar and net carbs is a minefield. This brand (specifically the dark choc and raspberry and the brownie flavours) taste great and contain very little carbs and the kcal content is pretty low too considering how filling they are. They actually taste just like normal chocolate bars”

“PhD Smart bars are my new favourite bars. Love the texture and the flavours. Not my top choice out of all the flavours available purely because fruit isnt my #1 choice in bars but still very very solid.”
