“I love Rule 1 Protein shakes, they're the first shakes I've had that I completely enjoy and don't resent drinking. This flavour is unbelievable, I worried at first it may be too sickly/sweet but it's absolutely perfect! Really nice to add into porridge or protein pancakes too”

“True to flavour - literally tastes like the milk from cinnamon grahams. Mixes well and perfect in oats - makes them so creamy. Just sweet enough, not overly sweet (although I do have a sweet tooth) like some other cinnamon flavour wheys.”
