“I’ve been trying to get ahold of this preworkout for a long time but didn’t want to pay the ridiculous shipping fee from the US, protein Pick and Mix came in clutch making this not only easy to get my hands on but affordable too. As for the preworkout itself, it will give you some serious tingles from the beta-alanine and the caffeine content will power you through and the 90mg of slow release means you won’t face that horrible crash either. As for the flavour, it’s easily drinkable and best served cold with a bit of ice”
