I take it because it reduces my flushes. It also helps my immune system. I do not have cold/ coughs / or any other ailments since taking vitamin D on a regular basis.
The tablets are small and very easy to take.

My only disappointment with this product is you have changed it from vitamin d 5000IU per tablet to vitamin d3 1000IU per tablet. Instead of taking 1 vit d tablet per day I now have to take 5 vit d3 to get the same benefit.”
