“I’ve used proto-col collagen for years but recently had a break as I’d been lured in by some other ‘trendy’ brand promising the earth (and costing it too…).
Well I’ve cancelled that and am back!
Not on my usual collagen supplements as they were out of stock at the time of ordering but I needed something to help with severe joint pain and general collagen input and came across ‘osteo’
I’ve suffered with RA for over 30 years but recently it’s gotten worse in my shoulder resulting in horrendous pain and disability.
Two weeks of taking this and I began to feel so much better, a month in and I can’t see me stopping it any time soon, the ability to move without pain is just incredible.
