“I have been taking these for about 2 weeks. Eco packaging is great, much better than plastic containers. Capsules are easy to swallow and my main reason for taking them is to reduce pain and discomfort in my left knee. I feel it is too early to say whether these capsules are working as these were a replacement for another turmeric supplement. My knee feels good so far and less aches when I have been out walking. Like the fact they are liquid capsules and also aid my immune system.”
