“I have been using protocol collagen supplements since 2004 (ish) first see on ideal world shopping channel when launched. I suffered with stiffness in my neck, back and hips, after sitting a while I had trouble with my hips, when washing hair over the bath I had trouble getting upright, and very painful. Arthritis runs in my family but in my early 30's was finding this not funny, I have hypermobility which yes made me very flexible, but over flexing joints is not good especially as uou get older; so had nothing to lose, I definitely feel the benefits (still after all these years) I have tried several of the products, and they definitely work as occasionally over the years I have run out, at first thought I'd go with out...... The website and the logistics are poor and costly and very customer unfriendly (expensive).
1. Overseas clients are supposed to get discount because VAT is not supposed to be charged. It is promised to be refunded later but that never happens.
2. Other webshops in the UK manage to send packages below EUR 150 to EU at lower costs and without being charged with EU VAT. That is costing 25% more on VAT and EUR 20 on postage.
Not at all the idea that customers are of any importance. Please adjust your procedures or warn EU customers for the extra (unnecessary) costs.
