“While making no medical claims, I have started taking Pure Collagen for joint, tendon and muscles issues such as pain and stiffness due exercise and getting older, on the recommendation of a friend. I believe it is helping me. I find these capsules easier to follow than in the tablet form they also supply. I take 4 capsules in the evening after food.
