“Firstly I really liked the texure and taste. It wasn't as sweet as I first thought it would be and was good added to my morning porridge. It was easy to fit into my daily routine (easier than the capsules - I am so bad at any type of tablet taking) I didn't notice any reduction in the benefits I enjoy by taking the capsules.
