“I’ve nearly been taking for a month I was concerned ithey might upset my stomach but no been ok ( other brands have ) to be honest ,in the short time I’ve been taking my skin on face feels tighter and I am hoping for my nails to improve more , my hair also seems different better ,but it wasn’t in bad condition before just different for the good may l add monies permitting hopefully I can stay with taking ,has am seeing results”
