“I was using complete collagen but struggled to tolerate the capsules so changed to beauty collagen for the liquid form. It is very easy to take with a pleasant flavour. I've not been using it long .not a month yet ...but do believe I am beginning to notice softer skin and hair feels stronger too ..
As I've not used it long that is the reason for 4 stars.
I hope to be able to continue with this but it is a bit pricey.”
