I've gone running with it and just tightened the straps a bit, and it was all good. I am average chested and and usually a large or extra large in sports bras depend depending on how tight the band is. I do have a wider back and an average size chest. Glad I went with the XL for the cup coverage, I didn't notice spilling out of it at all”
