“I’m 5’10”, 235 lbs and got the size XL. These are quite literally the most comfortable shorts I’ve ever worn. They’re thick but breathable material and they are extremely squat proof. The crotch area has thick fabric which is nice bc it avoids the camel toe. They don’t roll up on my thighs and they make it through my entire workout perfectly. And my workouts are rough bc I’m a strongman(strongwoman) athlete and we lift all the weird implements. I’ll definitely be buying in more colors!! Also, they’re soooo soft”
