Gin Pickled Cucumber – 375ml Classic bread & butter pickles get a botanical twist. This isn’t your average sliced cucumber pickle. We’ve infused it with a generous splash of gin and a medley of botanicals to create something bold, crisp, and totally original. Sweet and tangy with a grown-up edge, our Gin Pickled Cucumber is an instant hit on burgers, grazing boards, or straight from the jar. Made with the same spirit (and spirits!) that earned Quincey Jones Jelly Preserves a nod at the Australian Food Awards, this pickle embodies our love of flavour with flair.  ✨ Serving Ideas – Stack into burgers or gourmet sandwiches – Pair with vintage cheddar or creamy brie – Add to smoked salmon and cream cheese bagels – Serve alongside grilled sausages or schnitzel – Stir into potato salad or devilled eggs for a fresh lift Made in small batches in Echuca–Moama with 100% Australian-grown produce.  Gluten-free.  Vegan-friendly.  No artificial preservatives.  Low sugar.

I recently had the opportunity to taste 4 new products, one of which was Gin Pickled Cucumber (and have since purchased some) I love them! These really are the cucumbers with BITE but also have a lingering sweet taste that makes you yearn for more. In fact, I liked them so much that I wound up just eating them out of the jar, both times!! They are definitely a 5 star from me.

So Yummy I could have eaten the whole jar in one go but used some control as I wanted my daughter to try it. She loved it too.

Yummy. Adds that extra flavour to salads. Also on a salad roll adds that extra zing too.
