Homemade Brown Sauce – 250mlA punchy pantry staple with a cult following and country kitchen roots.
Rich, tangy and just the right amount of spicy – this is our bold take on a British classic. Made with vine-ripened tomatoes, dates, molasses, balsamic vinegar and a proprietary spice blend, it’s the sort of sauce that can turn a fry-up into a feast or add swagger to your sausage roll. No nasties, no shortcuts – just proper flavour.
Serving Ideas– Splash onto bacon & eggs for a nostalgic brekky upgrade– Use as a glaze for pork ribs or chops– Stir into lentil stew for depth and heat– Serve with meat pies or toasties as a zingy condiment
Crafted with the same care and quality that earned us recognition at the Australian Food Awards, proving that small-batch still means big flavour.
Made in small batches in Echuca–Moama with 100% Australian-grown produce.  Gluten-free.  Vegan-friendly.  No artificial preservatives.  Low sugar.

took this with me on my Saturday morning run to Bunnings When the other men saw , then smelled the beautiful brown sauce ooze over the sausage , I barely made it out of the carpark alive ! So afraid for my safety was I , that I called my wife to run defence as I zigged & zagged my way through jealous horde back to the ute

I’ve always loved brown sauce on pretty much everything - highly recommend it on zucchini slice! The QJJ sauce has a much brighter flavour than the supermarket brands
