Roasted Capsicum Ketchup A smoky-sweet sauce that behaves like ketchup but dreams bigger. One of our flagship products—and for good reason. Made with roasted red capsicums, apples, onions, malt vinegar and just a hint of chilli, it’s bold but not hot, full-flavoured and irresistibly moreish. The rich roasted capsicum flavour is rounded out with lime, black pepper, bay leaf and thyme. It’s got mellow heat and a whole lot of charm. ✨ Serving ideas: Level up wedges, veggie burgers, grilled haloumi or even grilled fish Serve with roasted lamb, crispy potatoes or herbed frittata Slather on sausage rolls or breakfast burritos for a brunch twist Mix through mayo or yoghurt for a smoky dressing or burger sauce Handcrafted in small batches along the Murray River in Echuca–Moama, using 100% Australian-grown produce. Gold Medal – 2024 Sydney Royal Fine Food Awards Gluten-free. Vegan-friendly. All natural. Warning: Addictive. One taste and you may never go back to tomato sauce.

This was great, I actually added to a rice dish and even though its a ketchup it tasted nice. I would buy again.
