“The Cashmere Travel Wrap I ordered on May 1 has not yet arrived (May 8). Unfortunately, the current status of the shipment from Ireland to Austria cannot be checked via the parcel tracking system. Extremely annoying as it was supposed to be a gift for a 70th birthday, which is being celebrated tomorrow. I am correspondingly dissatisfied with the reliability of the delivery process.”
