When the ring arrived, I was REALLY nervous because I'd only seen the stone and setting by themselves. My Fiancé had given me the wrong size, so we needed it resized. As advertised, it was 100% free to have it done (within the stated timeframe). They emailed me a label, took it to FedEx, packed it in their in-store box (free), and that was it. They emailed me once they received the ring and informed me of what they would be doing and an ETA. Took about a week and a half to get the resized ring back from the day I shipped it to when it was back on her finger.”
