Unfortunately, shortly after I proposed a stone fell out of the ring; however, the Rare Carat team, specifically Jamie, made our experience easier. She walked us through the process of repairs, what our options were for the repair, and checked with us to ensure that the size of the ring fit as the ring could be resized while in the shop. She also ensured that the ring was the highest quality, even kicking the ring at final inspection because it wasn't perfect based on the videos that she was shown.
