Super prompt and friendly, but I had to send the ring back twice, first for resizing, and then to adjust the prongs. The second return was well beyond the time frame for free returns, but they gave me another free return without fuss when I asked for it. Great price for a beautiful ring, hope I don't shop again but would return.”
