“Rare Carat is the ONLY place I would shop for diamond jewelry. Their selection for natural and lab diamonds is massive. Also, they offer MANY beautiful settings. There are other companies who offer similar products, and I have dealt with some of them as well. BUT Rare Carat has the most awesome customer service of any company that I have ever dealt with. I am a "picky customer" and I wanted the perfect diamond ring. I dealt with 5-6 of their representatives and they were all beyond helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and PATIENT. (WITH ME THAT WAS A REAL TASK) A big shout out of thanks especially to Christina, Stephanie, Carly, Michael and Shane. There were a couple of others too. Can't remember all the names. Don't hesitate to buy online from Rare Carat. You are protected with the return policy in case you are not happy with your selection. My advice is to learn all you can about diamonds so when you start looking you have an idea of what you are looking for so you can tell the representative. That way they can narrow down the search and find the perfect stone for you. I changed my mind several times but decided on the "BRYN" setting. The center stone is a 1.73 carat Emerald cut. Color D, Clarity VVS 1. I loved the Bryn setting but it had one 1/2 carat round stone on each side of the Emerald stone. I wanted Oval stones instead. It also had a prong in the center top and bottom of the center stone which I didn't want. The jewelers at RC redesigned the setting for me to my exact specifications and gave me my
