First of all, the prices are unmatched with anything you would find at your local jeweler and that doesn't mean you won't be getting a quality stone. I looked at my many stores locally and rings/stones that were significantly smaller and of less quality were almost twice the price that I found with rare carat.I speak with genuine sincerity that my wife loved her ring. It was perfect! I'm top of that, the customer service made me feel safe and secure because honestly, I was a little scared once the money was taken out of my account and I had to have faith, but when I reached out for updates after about a week (custom setting, etc ) they responded in minutes and provided me with a clear answer about how far along the process we were in and an accurate estimate of when the ring would arrive.
