“A little bit disappointed with this purchase . The handle tended to stick either in the upward or downward position and my builder ended up having to progressively loosen up the tension on the screws until the handle was able to return to a horizontal position .”
“The light looks nice but it didn't come with a mounting bracket. I contacted Restoration Online and was told that the electrician I hire will have the required bracket. However, my electrician said he had never installed a light fitting that didn't come with brackets. So i can't have the light mounted unless I pay a lot of money for someone to custom make a bracket.
The product is not fully inclusive of the required parts, and the dealer has not ensured that the product they sell includes the necessary mounting hardware. Can say that I wont buy from Restoration Online again as I just may get another product that has required parts missing.”
“The bolt is fine, but Restoration Online's practice of selling items that they know are out of stock is extremely annoying. I waited many weeks for this to arrive.”
“They look just like the real thing but my electrician was totally put off by them as they had so much more going on electrically than other power points and the so much going on means a lot of space is required to fit it. My house is solid brick so they were not used. I do have a question- do you have mounting plates for them so they can stick out from the wall?”
