“Great cameras, efficiently fitted by Phenel at Halfords. The only problem for me is that the WiFi doesn't interact well with the Skoda car WiFi, so the App cant really be used, if needs be the SD card will have to be connected to a PC...As there doesn't appear to be any windows software its not very practical....I seem to recall some years ago a friend had RA dashcam software on their computer.”

We’d like to clarify that when the dashcam is on in the car, it will record automatically. There’s no need to turn on the Road Angel Wi-Fi for it to function, as it records without the Wi-Fi being activated.

“The camera’s are great, the app is easy to use but I was a little disappointed I paid for the tradesperson fitting, just to find I received a £70 voucher for Halfords who charged me £80 for fitting. I know it’s only £10 but when you’ve spent just shy of £455, it’s a bit of a slap in the face.”
“Unobtrusive cameras due to no inbuilt screen. App is bug free but not easy to navigate around its many functions. First two Halfords branches approached had waiting lists of over 4 weeks. Basingstoke branch were able to fit the following day and did a good job. Nicely presented box. Fitting kit comes with numerous optional leads which had to be disposed off.”
