“I use Sacla Cooks Paste to make a sauce for Chicken - a jar of Cooks Paste, 2 good tablespoons Redcurrant Jelly, a good dash of lemon juice (these 2 ingredients to taste add more or less). Place ingredients in a pan and add half pint double cream - stir in well and heat through slowly, keep stirring occasionally. This quantity serves 4. any left over freezes very well for another time. We like the flavour of the paste rather than buying the other products with added flavours e.g, Basil etc Sacla Cooks Paste has been very difficult to obtain, not available at Tesco, Sainsburys, Amazon which is why I purchased a good supply from yourselves!!
