“We use this to make a dish that is always a hit. A welcome home meal, a ‘make me happy’ meal, a ‘what would you really like for supper’ meal. We cook onions and red peppers until soft whilst cooking penne. When the penne is almost done, add a bag of baby spinach to the pasta. When wilted, drain it off and layer with the onion and pepper mix, Sacla whole cherry tomato with chilli and mozzarella and a layer of Parmesan grated on the top in an oven dish. Then bake in a medium oven until cheese is golden. Have tried other products but none come near. The dish is good cold and can be frozen to heat in the microwave.”
