Was nervous about getting the friarielli, but it is every bit as good as the friarielli that Nonno Giuseppe used to make. Can highly recommend.

The product can be eaten as it is, even warmed up and served on a delicious bruschetta, with added chillies. I drained the oil, then, in a pan, I hated some EVOO, fried garlic and anchovies in it, added the friarelli and next I served with orecchiette pasta. Black pepper and some chilli made it really special!
