“My Mum has been on the lookout for a decent, Italian panettone for a while now. Ever since my mother had a traditional panettone in Italy, nothing less has been living up to her standards and she has been extremely disappointed many times with the quality of some vegan panettone. The consistency and texture is light yet it holds together, doesn't crumble and is easy to cut and pull away when slicing. You can taste the orange whereas in others the flavour hasn't been as strong and now I understand what my mother means about a traditional panettone. This is perfect and has satisfied my mother which can be extremely difficult to do 99.9% of the time. Thank you so so much. Highly recommended product!”

“After many failed attempts at baking a vegan panettone, I found this, it tastes authentic, texture is just as good as the non vegan alternatives. The price is higher than non vegan but worth it to avoid the stress of baking!”

“Having become vegan a few years ago, I was sadly prepared to do without my favourite cakes in the world, namely Panettone and Colomba, but Vergani has created vegan versions that have not only the texture but also the taste of the traditional cakes. Grazie Vergani!”

“Thought we'd give this a try as we LOVE panettone, but thought it might be off-limits on our plant based way of eating. Wrong - this vegan version is absolutely delicious, moist, full of fruit, and very good. Will definitely order again. Highly recommended.”
