“Made by very selective bees. This is a very different and distinctive flavourful honey with a rich, aromatic taste and a hint of apothecary - I can imagine this coming from a friary or convent garden. It doesn't have the intense sweetness of other honeys which suits me perfectly. Great drizzled over ice-cream, pancakes and waffles.”
