If returned outside the return timeframe, we may make an exception however we need to be fair to all our lovely customers and ensure our policy is followed, so a $10.95 late fee will be deducted from your store credit. We DO NOT accept returns on final SALE items (items that are permanently in the sales section of our website- this does not include sale items from a promo or flash sale) Please head to our free return shipping portal: https://portal.refundid.com/stores/salty-crush and fill in the form. Please ensure all the information is correct to assist our returns team in processing your return. Please Note: We only allocate one free return label per order, please ensure you are certain of the item/s you are returning. If you wish to return another item from the same order, this is at your own cost. If you use more than one free return label to send items back separately from the same order, a $10.95 fee will be deducted from your store credit.
