Hi Carolyn, Thank you for leaving a review. As the garment is Rayon which is a natural fibre it will naturally have some shrinkage when hand washed in cold water. A good steam iron will usually stretch the fabric back out to its natural shape, so we always recommend giving it a very good steam which we find works for our customers.
