“I ordered this dress in two sizes , both a 12 & 14 given the measurements provided. Having lost a considerable mount of weight and being down to a 10 and even an 8 in some styles , I was sceptical if either size would fit . After making an enquiry if I ordered 2 sizes I could at least return one for a refund and 1 for store credit only and getting the ok . Against my better judgment I went ahead and ordered . The dress is really pretty but ridiculously small , when I contacted customer service I was basically told I should have gone by the measurements!Now being stuck with store credit for this dress and one other I went again and ordered it in a size 16 . Wow still on the firm side ! No way am I a size 16 and most definitely not an 18 which is the size I would need for this dress to be a fit with a little room and not so tight across the chest and waist !Either the sizing or the measurements provided is incorrect .Something is wrong !But I have had to wear this mistake .I have now used up my credit and sadly will not purchase from this store again .Better off buying from one of the many stores who don't lock you into store credit only and gladly offer a full refund .”
