SKODA MIB2 WIRED APPLE CARPLAY/ANDROID AUTO ACTIVATION SD CARD Wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto activation SD card. Wireless option is also available with an additional Wireless Apple Carplay / Android Auto Module please click here. Compatible with Skoda manufactured 2015-2021 with MIB2 head units. If your SW train version begins with MST2 and ends with T and it has 2 SD card slots, it's compatible (units with navigation). EXAMPLE SW TRAIN VERSIONS MST2_EU_SK_PQ_P0449T MST2_EU_SK_ZR_P0468T To find your SW Train Version, please do the following: - Hold the MENU button for 3 seconds - Select Software update/versions - Installed SW Train Version IMPORTANT If your SW train version ends in P02xxT , you will need to perform coding via OBDEleven/VCDS to display Apple CarPlay/Android Auto. Note regarding early vehicles (2015/2016) Some early cars from 2015/2016 may require you to replace the USB port for Apple CarPlay functionality. Android Auto will work regardless. Additional coding may be necessary using a programming device (such as VCDS or OBDEleven) to display the activated services (Apple CarPlay and Android Auto).

“After contacting my local Skoda dealer who wanted £300 to activate the Smartlink I found satnavmapupdate who were offering much cheaper and I opted for the SD card and it came super quick with east to follow instructions! Took less than 5 minutes to work! Definitely recommend”

“Was hesitant about this purchase as it's a first for me, and apparently, according to the reviews, people aren't buying skodas anymore but I can not fault satnavmapupdate. Was easy to install, unlocked the features it said it would, quick turn around from purchase, and very fair pricing. If anyone hesitates to buy this product.. don't! It'll be the best thing you do for your car”

“I was sceptical about this process but installing it couldn’t have been simpler. Only comment is that the actual installation is shown but not how to use it. As with any new system it’s going to take me a while to figure out how everything works but I’m very pleased so far.”
