Note regarding early vehicles (2015/2016) Some early cars from 2015/2016 may require you to replace the USB port for Apple CarPlay functionality. Android Auto will work regardless. Additional coding may be necessary using a programming device (such as VCDS or OBDEleven) to display the activated services (Apple CarPlay and Android Auto).
