“Love the product but delivery was problematic as Couriers Please ( I think that’s the name ) said via email that they left a note in my letterbox as I was not home at time of delivery. I was out BUT no card left . I eventually managed to find a number and called and spoke maybe to someone who was clearly overseas as English was second language. They promised it would be delivered the following day as requested ( a Friday ) and it was not delivered until the following Tuesday ,so staying home all day Friday specifically to receive the delivery was a complete waste of time . I think you should change couriers to another one as their service was terrible.”
