I was also lucky to have a husband who taught the kit before me and he was able to talk it through. It

How has this kit influenced your confidence in STEM teaching and learning? I loved the creativity of this kit and that it was all there ready to go. There were so many elements and details which was awesome. It did take a while to figure out and get everything organised for it though.

“A very creative kit with so many details and effort put into it that I would not have thought about or had time to organise myself. This fit in so nicely with our topic of flight we had been learning about. Some activities were quite challenging such as the morse code and some of the instructions especially as they didn't quite line up or make sense. Overall, an amazing day for my students and I that went above and beyond our everyday learning.”

“This pack is amazing. A big thank you to Officemax for sponsoring this pack. Teachers do need to take the time and work most of the problems/codes extra before giving it to the kids. Taking this time pays off during the day. We did do this in one day and all my class loved the day and more wanting to learn even more about Jean Batten. Auckland Museum have an amazing small clip that I showed my class. Student were challenged, had to work as a team and learnt a lot.”
