“The products are great, packaging and communication are great. The only thing i think could be improved would be market a larger range of sizes - not lengths - but sizes.
We found the units were slightly too large to go through the holes in saddle clamps for copper pipe (for instance) and hence then deformed the claim when screwed through. A smaller gauge screw would solve this.
Will definitely be buying more
