“I recently ordered two items, online which i selected and added to my cart then checked out.
Little did I know that one of the items was out of stock, Scrooz simply processed the order and made a partial shipment of just one item and placed the other item on back order.
This caused a huge inconvience to me, I would of much preffered it if the online ordering system had of flagged the out of stock item as "out of stock", that way the customer has the option to go ahead with the order or to just order the one item that is in stock or to abort the order all together but by Scrooz just taking control of the situation by making a partial shipment may not be (and in my case was not) what the customer wants or prefers.
I suggest the online ordering platform be modified to flag out of stock items, if this is too difficult or costly a simple phone call to the customer would suffice prior to processing the order.
Secondly I filled all this in on the feedback form sent to me by email and after spending 20 minutes filling it in it would not submit, I then noticed a submit online link that I nearly needed a microscope to read which led me to this.

“Love using these fibrefix screws. Makes sheeting bathroom walls, or any FC sheeting really, so easy. No longer do I have to worry about trying to sink the heads in so they aren't proud of the sheet.
The only negative thing I will say is that the square drive tips supplied snapped after the 5th screw. Not sure if they are designed for impact drivers or not but that's what I used. Something to think about at least.
