“I will start with the not so good. There was no correspondence initially on an expected delivery date and when tracking the order it only indicated dispatched & not sure who was delivering the package. Of course, around the time that I expected the delivery an Aus. Post scam texted to say that a package delivery had failed because there was no one home.
The good news, I phoned Scrooz and a very helpful & polite person looked up the order and told me who the courier was and that the parcel was actually due for delivery to me in Tas the following day, which it did.
The price was very good , the quality & packaging were all of a high standard.”
