“After the 5th screw the tip snapped. I was using it in my makita impact drill. I'm not sure if they are designed for impact drills or not though.

“Only used a few so far but they appear to be fit for purpose with 42mm ironbark battens. Without pre-drilling the screws went home into this very hard cured timber. The complimentary bit seems up to the job, no rounding of the tip yet but it's early days for a demonstration of its durability”
