“Hi, I made a mistake not checking my delivery address after updating my new address on my last order. Im in Canberra and the order went to my old address in Sydney. I sent an email to sales after some assistance and ii heard nothing. I phoned and was basically told that this had never happened before and there probably weans much that could be done. In the end the occupant of my old unit was contactable by my old landlord and I managed to send my daughter over to collect the order. I now have to get it down from Sydney so its not yet over. It also appears that the masonry sampler bag was delivered the next day but seemingly its nowhere to be found, so I can kiss that goodbye it appears'It would probably be helpful if the tracking link had some more information on it including the intended address, we might have then been able to redirect it'But all in all it was a little frustrating not getting any support.
