“All products are good,but some are cheap and some are expensive. For example, M8 x 100 galv coach screws are much dearer than at the local big green store, but your galv M8 washers are cheaper. That forces me to drive to the local green store for the screws and place an order from you for washers. It would have been nice to get it all from your convenient service.
I also like the development and introduction of new products that you do, like the screwdogs.
I like the razr construction screws, but from a price point I rather buy the multi purpose galvanised screws.
Please start offering the very large washers in galv, rather than just zinc plated.
You may consider offering variety packs in self tappers (something like the electrician's bulk kit).
Sometimes the time between shipping the order and placing the order seems extraordinarily long (several days instead of same-day, or next day at the maximum).
