I made an online enquiry about some bedroom furniture and the possibility of delivery to a 2-storey townhouse; Sydney was in lockdown, and our new home was in an area of concern that had different restrictions. Nicole called me back within 24 hours and was able to confirm our requirements and take payment over the phone. We didn't need the furniture immediately, so Nicole made a note of the date we wanted it delivered, and said that they would contact us the week before to arrange delivery. The delivery team called as promised, and they delivered to a second floor bedroom with no complaints.
Over the lockdown period I had ordered items from a few places, some of which were only delivered to our door, and some which I still haven't received even though they are in stock! I have to praise Shack on exceptional service during challenging times. We will be shopping in store again soon!”
