“The sales assistant was very helpful in demonstrating the operation of the extension table and "auditioned" several different chair styles for us to use with the table. The delivery process was handled very efficiently. We were given a definite delivery date which was separately confirmed by phone. The delivery men carefully negotiated the stairs and put the table together for us. We are very happy with the service provided and the quality of the table. The parquetry top is a lovely feature. We highly recommend the Shack experience.”
