“I love the book shelves we purchased and the delivery etc was smooth. The only issue was that Shack did not have my correct mobile number and as a result a text was sent to a wrong number indicating the shelves were ready for delivery. I didn't receive the message, and had to call the store and inquire about delivery. I was told that a text message had been sent and we then discovered it had been sent to the wrong number. I think a follow up email to the text would have been good - obviously anyone who has paid a deposit is eager to receive the furniture ASAP. As it turned out, I could have taken delivery of the shelves two weeks earlier - had I received the text or a follow up email. Thank you.”
