“Hello in lockdown times... Recently we purchased some beautiful cane chairs & cushions from Shack for our new build in Newport. Cynthia the sales lady was extremely lovely, helpful and professional in helping us. We were fortunate that there was a sale on at the time we were looking and able to secure the 8 chairs along with the cushions as Cynthia had suggested there maybe a limited stock coming in and Covid restrictions. Well with all building timelines we were no exception. With no where to store the chairs for 5 weeks, Shack kindly allowed us storage with them during this time. Exceptional business model.”
