“Very good quality tyre inflator. Nice and quick to pump up car tyres, easy to use controls. 5 star.
I've knocked a star off as cable management could be better, and it's a bit awkward to get in the case. But as a pump it works very well.”
“Pressure autostop does not work - tried at different pressures (caravan at 60 psi and car at 32 psi). Fails every time - inflator just keeps going. Contacted your technical department who suggested I send the unit back which will be done shortly. Not at all happy for a tyre inflator costing £80. What happened to quality control????”
“Inflates the tyres on my van a lot quicker & is quieter in operation compared to my old model which self destructed after 12 years. Halfords brand.
Clear LCD display, feels well constructed & robust, time will tell?
From my 12V socket in the cab, Mercedes Vito, I can reach all four types so no need for a 12V extension lead.”
“Ordered for motorhome tyres which need 76psi. Had to buy an extension [10 feet] to reach from engine compartment to the rear tyres otherwise it would not have reached. Not sure i would want to risk blowing anything if using cigarette lighter so we opted for direct battery conx. Works fine. Nice to have the piece of mind that we can check pressures before setting off.”
“This is very good, and pumps quickly and efficiently. Can’t work out if there’s an automatic cut off once it reaches pressure. Useful to buy the push fir adapter. Unfortunately this blew the fuse in our 30 year old motorhome! The fuse was rated at 7.5 amps where the pump says up to 15 amps. I hadn’t read that bit! Now purchased an accessory socket to connect it directly to the battery.”
