“Bought one of these from Argos over a year ago. Only used it about 4/5 times. Last time I tried to use it it had packed in. As it was older than a year I thought it was out of warranty. I contacted Ring and they agreed to send me another one which arrived by courier a few days ago. I sent them a screenshot of Argos receipt even though they didn’t ask for any proof. Fantastic customer service from Ring. I dealt with a lady called Laila who could not have been more helpful. I feel a bit bad because I initially gave a bad review but I hope this puts it right. By the way it’s a good product. I guess maybe the one I bought was faulty and I was unlucky.”
“Setting the required pressure, selecting your preferred units of measure, coiling the two cables and starting and stopping the pump (the latter being automatic) is all very easy and straight forward. If I have a moan it's with the connection to the valve. When disconnecting from the valve you can loose almost a whole psi whilst trying to unscrew the connection. So, when setting the required pressure before starting, increase this figure by at least 0.5psi.”
“This is the easiest to use and effective in operation of all the tyre inflators I have owned over the years. I like the simple case for storing the device and the fact that all the components are eaily stored on the pump unit so should not get lost. The retractable power cable is a joy. The digital display is clear and one can easily set the required pressure. The pump automatically cuts out when the required pressure is reached. The only reservation I have is the brass tyre connector and the risk of eventual thread damage if not tightened correcty. Fast, effective and easy to use, I wish I had bought one earlier!”
