“My score is based on the overall package, not the performance alone. Based on one usage only, I found the inflation use to be very good. Primarily for use on my caravan tyres, when it is often diificult to have an airline to the wheels, or a long enough 12v battery connection from the car, the Ring Cordless is the answer! I was able to inflate both tyres from 37psi to 46psi in 1-2 mins. Difficult to judge how much battery power this took, and I am uncertain if the battery woulf inflate even one, or more than one, tyres from flat, or very low pressure, bur for what I will normally require, it was brilliant!
The actual and objective pressure readouts were very clear, very easy to set the object pressure, (never found/tried the torch). The only niggle really is with the flimsiness of the lid of the accessory compartment, which even with my careful use, will not last more than a few 'trials' I fear. (The included accessories, which include ends for air beds etc and a valve end for bke tyres, with a separate inflation swtch setting for these, seem quite comprehensive though). The tight-fitting case is a good addition, but needs a handle on the top! So apart from that and the flimsy compartment lid, its a brlliant product for cordless inflation(based on one trial), and for the tyre inflation alone( based on the limited amount I did) I would give it 5 stars!”
“I bought this pump about 9 months ago. I wasn’t over the moon with capacity of the battery to start with and now it seems the device barely holds a charge and I basically have to use the cords to pump up my tyres. Could have saved myself a packet and just got a corded inflator”
